Derek, Cole and Brent from Georgia were a lot of fun to have on the boat today!  They caught a nice mess of speckled trout and redfish!!

Thought I’d share one of my favorite recipes with you.  This is baked ranch dressing and french fried onion crusted fish.  Super easy to make and incredibly good.  Rinse and dry your fillets, dredge in ranch dressing and coat with french fried onions.  Throw them on a baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes at…

May is my favorite time of year for big speckled trout and today didn’t disappoint, we caught so many that we were throwing them back!  

Lisa and Tammy took it the guys today and put a whoopin’ on them!  

Both morning and afternoon trips were filled with great memories for these two awesome families!
